How to truly let go and receive abundance, practically.

We will be going over the basics first to attract your desired Abundance, and then moving forward with the active steps that you should take everyday to start living the life of your dreams immediately. (Spoiler : It doest require you to be rich and perfect to start living the life.) 

You may save this post so that you will be able to come back to it later as it is very a detailed post. Or you may skip to the steps directly. Whatever suits you.

Abundance, is having plenty and having plenty without fear, guilt, or stress. 

It is a mindset of prosperity. Abundance suggests an ample and more than sufficient supply or availability of a particular resource, condition, or quality.

Abundance comes in all forms and shapes. It is the food you eat everyday or the water you drink. It is one buck or hundreds of thousands of bucks you spend. It is all the ideas that come to your mind or all the opportunities that come in your life. 

Abundance is everywhere around you. It is a lifestyle.

Why do you need abundance in your life? 

To live fully without your limiting beliefs holding you back. 
To travel the world without having to worry about expenses. 
To have relaxing evenings spent with your person. 
To eat at cozy places or to luxurise your meals. 
To wear the best quality of clothes and experience new and exciting experiences. 
To finance all of this while doing something that you absolutely and irrevocably love doing.

You are here to live the life that will help you fulfill your purpose on this planet. And Abundance is the way to go.

Every thought and desire needs to have a plan and that plan needs to be broken down into actionable steps for the goal to be achieved. 

And

For every ritual or habit to be followed through you have to set an Intention. To know the why behind your actions. 

This ‘Why’ will help you at times of demotivation and tiredness. 

The fuel for your actions. 

This post is going to help you realize or find the ‘Why’ then introduce you to a step by step process to get started on your journey of living the ‘It’ Life.

The key to Abundance is meeting Limited Resources with Unlimited Thoughts.

Finding your Why.

Why do you eat? To live.
Why do you speak? To communicate.
Why do you move your body? To stay healthy.

The answers to these questions are exactly what drive the questions themselves. 

But we need to understand that even though there is nothing wrong with the basics there could be other driving factors too. 

Again, 

Why do you eat fancy food? 
To enjoy and relax. To treat yourself.

Why do you  give speeches, sing, yell, cry? 
To express your emotions. 

Why do you workout or engage in sports and adventures? 
To give your body the needed exercise and your mind the thrill. 

Similarly your ‘why’ can be as basic as survival or as extravagant as living the luxury life. It can be helping your family, or it can be helping yourself by getting away from your family. It can be to stay home or to travel the world.

Your ‘Why’  should be something that drives you. 

My ‘Why’ for this post is for you to have a goal, a plan for the goal and actionable steps. So you don’t spend hours on end just to conceptualize what the hell is Law Of Attraction. So naturally everything I write is driven by my Why.

Mindset is the way to take the first step.

Abundance is a mindset that focuses on the belief that ‘Possibilities and resources are abundant’ in the world. 

It is knowing what you desire is already yours. What you dream of has already been achieved by a version of you in the parallel universe. And that version of you is your higher self.
Read that again.

Your Higher-Self. A version that has achieved all and now you just have to follow her mindset.

Who is your Higher Self ?

And how to connect with her?

Your higher self is a self that is free from all the limits that you have bound yourself within. 

She is someone who chooses herself. Who makes her goals priorities. Who doesn’t skip a workout just because she doesn’t feel like it. She eats healthy, not because she hates her body but because she loves it. She knows who is good for her and who to keep distance from. She makes mistakes but doesn’t dwell in them. 

Your Higher – Self is a version you create. Then you show up as her. 

You make her your identity and live her. 

How does it help you? Your current self will feel like eating an entire cake. But Your higher self won’t because she is not someone who craves it. She likes cake and she will only eat a piece. This is what I do for myself. 

Identify as the person you want to become. It will take some time but each day you will be closer to becoming her.

Steps To Attract Abundance :

 | Let go of what you can’t control.

When it comes to abundance what really matters is your attachment style. 

When you are constantly running behind your manifestation/goal and are desperate about it, the Universe is going to know that you are not ready. It can see your desperation. 

Especially when you are fussing over things that you cannot control. 

Think about it this way. 

When you want to make a sandwich, what can you control? You can choose the best bread, the most fresh tomatoes, the most delicious mayonnaise, your favorite cheese, and try your hardest to get every ingredient. 

Now what you cannot control over here is how sweet the tomatoes will be or what if the grocery store runs out of your favorite cheese or the best mayonnaise flavor that would make the sandwich taste just right. 

But what you forget over here is the end product. What is to? A sandwich that will satisfy you by filling your stomach. 

Similarly you always have to remember that you don’t not have to need to control everything because you can’t. 

You can only do your best. 

I call it karma (Actions). Focus on your Karma.

 | Write to believe and believe to write.

I know this is something that has been written and spoken over a million times. But, It Is What It Is. 

Writing is what will help you the most or listening if you are not much of a writer or reading if you are not much of a listener. You gotta be something. Why not be all?

Most people make manifestation sound difficult by implying that a hundred things have to be done throughout the day. You have to open your eyes with gratitude. Take the first step with gratitude and eat with positivity, breathe positivity. No. 

At least not yet. 

This all comes with small steps each day. 

Start here. Start scripting. Scripting means writing a play or a movie scene by scene. Similarly you write a movie for yourself where you are the main character. 

Here is something that I love doing, and that doesn’t make me want to quit writing the same affirmations over and over again. 

Step 1: Write down your goals.
Step 2: Make each goal into a scene of your day. 

That’s it.
You don’t have to write all the goals in a day. 

You can write going for a swim in your backyard pool over the Sundays and going for a drive in your Folks Wagen on Monday. The trick is to be thankful that you already have it.
For example, I used to write: I am so happy and grateful now that I have my own macbook for me to blog.
Thank You. Thank You. Thank You

If you can’t guess already. I am here with my rose gold Macbook Air. And I am happy and grateful. Just as I wrote a year ago. (Bought it with my own money btw guys. You can do it too!)

Keep these books where you will be writing everything. 

The next thing to write is, dump all of your thoughts and worries and anger that doesn’t serve you onto another piece of paper. 

The book is going to be constant because your dreams are constant. And papers will be temporary because so are all these other feelings.

 | Don’t believe everything your brain says unless it’s good.

When you close your eyes, sit down to visualize your dreams and goals, you feel so lucky and grateful and powerful and just everything right. Then you continue with your day and suddenly you break a glass, or are unable to complete a task, or are deeply unhappy with your work. 

This immediately changes how you think of yourself. And now you are suddenly not feeling good anymore. 

You now hear the voices in your head telling you that you can’t do a simple task, what will happen to your bigger goals and what about this perfect life that you desire.

It’s a lie. And probably the biggest lie that these voices are telling you. And when I say voices, I mean that it is not you who is talking bad about yourself, but the voices of other people and words that you have grown up with. 

Do you really think you have the ability to be mean and a b-word to yourself unless it was for someone else doing it first? 

Absolutely not. So stop believing that it is your voice. 

What this will do is make it easier for you to quickly become aware of the negative thoughts. And now that you know they aren’t yours it is easier to get rid of them.
You are your truest friend and lover.

 | It’s not always aesthetic but it’s not going to stay rubbish.

I know I know, you all want the aesthetic day. The beautiful bed, the gorgeous view, the perfect workout set and the glossiest glass water bottle. 

What next? You guessed it right. The chic routine. 

And you know what? Your higher self has it. So be assured that is coming your way. Because things change. Every action has a reaction and so will your actions. 

They will drive change. 

Just like the things right now. The clothes you are wearing now used to make you feel the best, but your style has changed. 

The cartoons you used to spend hours watching and wishing you were a part of them ( And I know you still want to but not on a daily basis) you no longer have time to watch them in the morning while your mother prepares you for school. 

The time has changed and so have you.  

Things change. 

They always will and it is the best thing. 

So don’t worry that now you don’t like your clothes or the room or the bed, the bottle, the blanket, the boots and book and every other thing that you want to change.

 Just be thankful you have them and slowly and steadily start swapping them.

Remember you create your reality. First in mind then in reality with actions. 

 | Nothing is Permanent.

It will allow you to truly enjoy everything and lose your fear of separation. 

This is something that I am consistently working on after realizing that when you want to travel places, you cannot hold onto things that weigh more than two suitcases full. 

You have to find peace with the essentials.

The place that you are in will improve. Because you will Improve.  

Appreciate the take outs that you are eating because they are helping you survive for a better future. The clothes that are keeping you safe from the weather. The roof that is keeping you safe. The water that is keeping you alive. 

All of these things are making you live for  a better future. So enjoy them while you have them. Be in the present.

 | Quality Over Quantity.

Just like you hand pick what material you are paying for, to get the best out of your money, choose what inspires you because you will be taking that inspiration everywhere with you.

For instance, I bought boots worth 3k that look absolutely the best. I fell in love with it the moment I saw it because I knew that It goes with my vibes and outfits. It was going to make me feel happier and bolder. And this is what it did. 

Because I know that buying 10 pairs of cheap shoes will only increase the clutter and make me feel worse. The color will become dull, or a shoe bite will constantly irritate me because of the cheap material. 

Don’t get me wrong. Cheap is good but choose better when you have the option. One thing at a time is going to make a shift in your life. 

You have to apply this in all areas of your life. Especially with your thoughts. 

Having a million thoughts will only bombard and stress you but having a few quality thoughts will give you the peace of mind.

 | Take action towards your goals.

Let’s get clear on our current goal. Attracting abundance.  

While visualization and positive affirmations are important in manifesting abundance, taking action towards your goals is equally important. 

Now that we’ve listed some ways to attract abundance, let’s talk about how to let go and receive. Letting go means releasing any limiting beliefs or negative thoughts that may be holding us back from attracting abundance into your lives. This can be done through various methods, but we will focus on what we learnt here today. 

To receive, you must be open to abundance and trust that the universe will provide for you. This means letting go of control and allowing things to happen naturally. It’s important to have faith in the process and believe that abundance is already on its way to you. When you let go and trust, you create space for abundance to flow into your life.
