Hi, I am the author of this website and an author of my own life. But just like no writer can control every aspect of their story, I too have control over limited things. Both of us do. To get started on the right foot, you and me are not here to get in control of the life, but ourselves. When we get a hold over our own body and mind, we connect with our soul. The same soul that then becomes our inner guidance.

I am no expert in the field of spirituality, neither am I perfect at life. But I am living it to the best (Or trying s it happens). And I have finally found my path of being at peace with my current life while striving for an extraordinary one. And let me tell you, it is path of a lot of insecurities, defeats, wins and celebration.

Below are the Components that this platform functions with and revolves around. On this journey of you becoming your best self and achieving your sexiest life no matter the profession or age, I will be beside you. Whispering words of Confidence. Feeding wisdom from my life to yours. Taking your hand in mine and keeping you calm and helping you to channel your inner strength to face anything life hurls at you.

Remember, You are stronger than you think.

Self-Belief:

Starting with the typical? I don’t think so, because this is the most underrated and the most important part of starting your journey; of becoming the best version of yourself. Because self-belief is where everything begins. Self belief is ardent for taking any steps in your life. It is not something you are born with, no one ever is. You create and develop it. You need to take actions and continuously feed your mind by giving yourself pep talks, listening to podcasts, hyping yourself with your favourite music and even consuming youtube that is a gold mine for self growth content.

When you take the right steps, be assured the end will be in your favour.

Even if you don’t believe in yourself yet, I do. And I will spend the rest of my time making you believe in yourself too.

Mindfulness:

Mindfulness is when you are able to do something without thinking of your past, or without the benefit of it to your future. Without attaching any greed any expectations, just letting yourself work through it, and work on it in your free emotional state. When the things are coming from within you, and you truly enjoy being in the present is when the mindfulness is achieved.

Mindfulness for me is living in now, loving the now and being your best in the now. Be present in the moment and cultivate awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Mindfulness can help you appreciate the journey, find joy in the process, and make conscious choices that align with your values.

Mindfulness is a process. And anything that is a process is achievable with time.

Passion:

Pursue your dreams and goals with enthusiasm and passion. Find what truly lights you up and fuels your motivation, and let that passion drive you towards your desired outcomes.

Passion has been so overused that is has weakened the power of the word for many. Passion is not just something that you love doing, but it is a calling that you feel from within. It is something you cannot stop thinking about no matter what. When for four continuous years all I could think about was blogging, I realised that writing for you is my calling. Because I was once in your place. (And still am) I was the one who wanted someone to write these things for me, so I could understand at very young age that passion is the only thing that will make you feel alive.

It is what you do not for someone else but for yourself. It is what you do no matter how you feel but you still feel happy at the end.
Passion certainly does not need to be a task or work or maybe a habit or a hobby. Passion can also be a vision. My vision to reach all the girls out there that are just like me. All ladies that need guidance. My vision is for my wisdom to reach you, to be useful to you and for me to be a part in your journey.

It’s all about you and that is what is my passion is. You.

Authenticity:

Be true to yourself and embrace your unique qualities and strengths. Avoid comparing yourself to others and focus on expressing your authentic self in all areas of your life. I repeat. Everything you do, do it the way only you would do it.

Authenticity is not only about not-comparing yourself to others or how better they are. It is realising that everyone is at a different level and different stage in their life. Everyone is unique in their utmost simplest task like different sleep timings, different eating habits, different thinking, different types of walking styles, different types of speaking styles, different types of DNA. So you can never ever ever be like somebody. Only a machine can produce similar results.

Authenticity will keep you in the game for the long run. Trust me, it eventually will be exhausting to not be yourself.

Gratitude:

Cultivate an attitude of gratitude for the abundance and blessings in your life. Appreciating what you have, both big and small, can shift your reality and attract more positivity and abundance.

Gratitude is a reminder of every thing you have had until now. Gratitude is unnaturally powerful that helps you get from when you want to be to where you are living all your desires. Gratitude helps you vibrate at a higher frequency that aligns with your goals. That is when you surrender to the universe.

Gratitude is when you become one with the energy source universe.

Simplicity:

Embrace simplicity and minimalism in your life. Focus on what truly matters and eliminate unnecessary distractions, possessions, and activities that don’t contribute to your overall well-being and fulfilment.

Start by simplifying your gaols and being specific. I to have wished for that lavish life with huge mansions and shiny cars. But now that I think of it, I would rather travel the world and come back to my own one bedroom apartment on the highest building, enjoying the day and nigh equal through my floor to ceiling windows. But that is just for me, you can have ten of those and still have a simple life.

Simplicity for me now has a different meaning. It means that having little quantity. Keeping everything in their own place, and not in my mind. Simplicity is when you are an aura, instead of functioning according to the things around you. Simplicity is when everything you own has a value to you, but nothing owns you. Simplicity is when you have a lot of possessions, but you don’t let them possess you. Simplicity disallows clutter, anger and stress.

Simplicity is as natural as you can get while still living in the world of practical people.

Resilience:

Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. Develop resilience to bounce back from setbacks and obstacles, and view them as stepping stones on your path to success.

Resilience can be shown is simple things like getting up from your bed even when all you wish to do is spend the day wrapped in your blanket. Or when you want to badly drown that cold glass of of soda but you choose the plain old water instead knowing your digestion with thank your late. It can be as simple as saying yes to the right things and as difficult as saying no to the right people with wrong timings.

Balance:

Strive for a balanced life that encompasses various areas, such as work, relationships, health, personal growth, and leisure. Prioritise self-care and ensure that you allocate time and energy to all aspects of your life that are important to you. For example if you keep eating healthy for weeks, surely that s going to be good for your body but the mind will tell a different story, so you have to once in a while give yourself some balance with what your heart desires. Like indulging in a slice of creamy softy chocolate cake or two.

Similarly the amount of work you will be doing, needs to balanced with the amount of fun your mind and body indulges in. It can be as simple as a run every morning or even going for a swim. May be just relaxing under a hot shower or a bubble bath. It can be you cooking for yourself too.

It’s not always about being productive but giving yourself some time with yourself.

These eight principles are what we will follow thorough out or life and remember they can be moulded to fir your dreams and aspiration.
